This beautiful farm that sits on the edge of San Antonio is cared and cultivated by Sylvia and Sarah Clavieres. Their passion for not only sustainable farming practices but also the education of their community is why Gastronomy is proud to call them a partner.

Their love of food shows in their produce sold every weekend at the Pearl Farmers Market in San Antonio. Their love for education is in the classes they offer there at Talk Tree. It is here that you can take part in Gastronomy class centered around the use of their amazing produce in your own kitchen.

FTW Ranch in Barksdale Texas is the states premier hunting experience. Surrounded by the Texas Hill Country, this ranch offers everything needed for hunters of any level.

Groups may attend trainings from the best marksmen in the US while discovering the cooking techniques for game cooking from Gastronomy.

New to hunting? FTW offers classes for even the most inexperienced hunter equipped with the knowledge on marksmanship, safety, field-dressing, processing and of course cooking.
