Gastronomy + Schools

From public schools to private schools. From after-hours programs to home school co-ops, our in school programing gives students a better understanding of their culinary universe. Classes designed to build passion into your young eaters for the history, science and advocacy of their food system.

Our teaching doesn't stop with the classroom. Gastronomy works with local schools to use the learning opportunity of their on-site gardens to build a relationship with students and their edible world. Don't have a garden, let us build one with the help of our community partners.

Roll'n Together

You can't get better than a hands-on sushi party. Friends, family and neighbors gathered together to develop their sushi rolling skills in the comfort of your home kitchen or community meeting space.

Participants enjoy building their rolls with fresh ingredients, traditional sauces and step by step instructions from their instructor.

We provide all tools and ingredients needed to get rolling. You provide the hungry sushi lovers.
