Multi-course dinners designed around wild game, either harvested on the property or provided by the client. Menus are seasonal, refined, and fully customized. Full meal service available, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Hands-on, advanced butchering courses using the property's harvested wild game. We teach yield breakdowns, advanced cuts, preservation methods, and full utilization. All tools, equipment, and instruction provided.

51–150 miles: $150 flat fee

151–250 miles: $300 flat fee

251–400 miles: $450 + overnight lodging required

Over 400 miles: Custom quote (includes lodging, per diem, and potential flight)
Lodging is required for multi-day events beyond 150 miles or early morning setups.
